Terms and Conditions

Applies to: https://ralee.me (the “Website”).
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the Website or buying anything from it. By using the Website, creating an account or placing an order you agree to be bound by them.
1. Who we are and what these Terms cover
1.1 The Website is operated by Ralee LLC FZ, trading as Ralee Design House (“Ralee”, “we”, “us” or “our”), licensed in the United Arab Emirates under trade licence no. 2311648.01issued by Meydan Freezone, with its address at M Floor, Business Center 1, Meydan Nad Al Sheba, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
1.2 These Terms govern your use of the Website and every sale of digital products to you. They form a legally binding digital contract between you and us, made electronically in accordance with Federal Decree-Law No. 46 of 2021 and Federal Decree-Law No. 14 of 2023.
1.3 They should be read together with our Purchase Policy, Digital Product Licence Terms, Refund and Cancellation Policy, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Disclaimer, Intellectual Property and Takedown Policy and Complaints and Dispute Resolution Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms.
2. Definitions
- “Digital Products” means files and other content supplied electronically through the Website, such as templates, drawings, 3D models, layouts, guides and e-books.
- “Order” means your request to buy Digital Products through the checkout.
- “Customer” or “you” means the person who browses the Website or places an Order.
- “Payment Provider” means Stripe and, where you choose it, Apple Pay as made available through Stripe.
3. Eligibility and your account
3.1 You must be at least 18 years old and have legal capacity to contract under UAE law. If you are buying on behalf of a company, you confirm that you are authorised to bind it.
3.2 You must provide accurate, complete and current information and keep your account details confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.
4. Digital Products
4.1 We describe each Digital Product, including file type, format, size, compatibility and licence type, on its product page. Please read the description and system requirements before buying.
4.2 Images, previews and renders are for illustration. Colours may vary by screen. Previews may show items that are not included in the file; the product page states exactly what you receive.
4.3 Digital Products are supplied as files for you to download. Nothing is shipped.
5. Orders and formation of the contract
5.1 Displaying a product on the Website is an invitation to order, not an offer. Your Order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email and make the Digital Product available.
5.2 We may decline or cancel an Order, for example if a product is listed at an obvious pricing error, if we cannot verify payment, or if we suspect fraud or unlawful use. If we cancel after payment we will refund you in full.
6. Prices, VAT and payment
6.1 Prices are in UAE dirhams (AED) and include 5% VAT where applicable, unless the Website states otherwise. The total payable is shown before you pay.
6.2 Payment is taken by card or Apple Pay through Stripe. We do not charge any fee for paying digitally other than the fees disclosed at checkout. Your bank or card issuer may apply its own foreign-currency or processing charges, which are outside our control.
6.3 You authorise us and the Payment Provider to charge the total price. Payment is subject to authentication by your bank (for example 3-D Secure) and to fraud checks.
6.4 A tax invoice is emailed to you electronically after payment and is available in your account.
7. Delivery
Delivery is electronic and normally immediate after payment is confirmed. See the Purchase Policy for the download process, link validity and limits.
8. Licence and Intellectual Property
8.1 All rights on the Website, the Digital Products and the Ralee name and logo belong to us or our licensors and are protected by UAE and international law, including Federal Decree-Law No. 38 of 2021.
8.2 When you buy a Digital Product you receive a limited licence to use it, not ownership. The licence is set out in the Digital Product Licence Terms.
9. Refunds and Cancellations
Refunds, replacements and cancellations are governed by our Refund and Cancellation Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits your mandatory rights under Federal Decree-Law No. 14 of 2023 and Federal Law No. 15 of 2020.
10. Acceptable Use
10.1 You must not: (a) copy, resell, share, upload, lend or distribute Digital Products except as the licence allows; (b) bypass any technical protection, download limit or watermark; (c) use the Website unlawfully or to transmit malware; (d) scrape or harvest data from the Website; (e) place fraudulent orders or use payment methods without authority; (f) post unlawful, defamatory or infringing content.
10.2 Misuse may constitute an offence under Federal Decree-Law No. 34 of 2021 or an infringement under the copyright law, and we may report it to the authorities and seek remedies.
11. Reviews and Content you submit
If you post a review or other content you confirm it is truthful and does not infringe anyone’s rights. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display it on the Website. We may remove content that breaches these Terms.
12. Third-Party Services and Links
The Website uses third-party services such as Stripe; Apple Pay and WordPress/WooCommerce extensions and may link to other websites. Their terms and privacy practices apply to your use of them, and we are not responsible for their content.
13. Our Responsibility
13.1 We will supply Digital Products with reasonable skill and care and as described. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under UAE law, including liability for fraud, gross error or intentional misconduct, or any right you have as a consumer.
13.2 Subject to 13.1 and to the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or loss caused by your use of a Digital Product outside its described purpose, and our total liability for any claim relating to an Order is limited to the price you paid for that Order.

14. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or close your account and withdraw access to Digital Products if you materially breach these terms or the licence, after notice where practicable. Closing your account does not affect rights that have already accrued.
15. Events Beyond Our Control
We are not liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including power or internet failure, third-party platform outages, cyber-attacks, government action or force majeure, as defined in the Civil Transactions Law. If such an event prevents delivery of a paid product we will refund you.
16. Changes
We may update these terms. The version published on the website when you place an order applies to that order. Continued use of the website after a change means you accept the updated terms.
17. Notices and Language
We will contact you by the email address or phone number in your account. These Terms are published in English.
18. Governing law and disputes
18.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates applicable there.
18.2 Please first contact us so we can try to resolve any dispute amicably under our Complaints and Dispute Resolution Policy. You may also contact the competent consumer protection authority.
18.3 Subject to your mandatory rights as a consumer, the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction.
